Cancellation Rights and Aftersales Service

Great Customer Service and Exceptional Business Delivery is Our Mission. Customers are fully protected in their rights to cancel their orders if they so wish within appropriate timescales, i.e within 24 hours of placing an order. You do not need to give a reason and this will not effect your consumer rights. We will not charge you a penny for any inconvenience caused to us, however they maybe a small charge for Paypal charges if incurred, this is usually a percentage from the value. If the order has already been despatched to you and you wish to cancel, we would reccommend that you return the item back to sender or by 2nd class recorded delivery mail, at your cost. This is to protect the parcel in the event that it is lost in the post. It also ensures that the product is received by us to enable us to promptly send a refund to you.

If for any reason we are out of stock on the item you have ordered, we will email you within 3-7 working days to inform you and to provide you with a choice; you can wait for the item to be back in stock (An estimated time of delivery will mentioned on our email) or you can have a full refund of the amount you have paid including postage.

After you have bought the item you have 60 days to try the product, and if you are not satisfied fully you can return the item for a full refund of the amount you paid, excluding the postage and packing service. 60 days is more than double the legal rights for returns internationally, which is usually only 7 days. We want our customers to feel reassured and confident in our product as we do.
